Key points:

  • Each client account remains on the Free Plan, so no payment details are required.

  • The agency retains full control by creating and managing the login credentials for every client account (e.g. client_1@youragency.com)

  • This setup keeps every client environment fully isolated while allowing the agency complete administrative access, without the end customer having to store any payment information with Voicery.
